hmm... I am absolutely not sure about this but it could be;
* Internet Explorer is not sensing the server is in LAN. (if you are using
IP or DNS) Check what is written on the status bar on the right. It should
be Local Intranet
If it is Unknown mixed, there is a link inside your page which has IP/DNS
which is not defined as a trusted Local Intranet site
* I think there is a problem with Integrated account when there is a third
party firewall or an proxy involved in the scenario. I've read that
Integrated does not pass firewalls...
