Hi all!

I noticed that when you create a new web site in IIS, in the DIRECTORY SECURITY tab under ANONYMOUS ACCESS AND AUTHENTICATION CONTROL, 'Anonymous Access' and 'Integrated Windows Authentication' are both automatically checked for you. If you're setting up a public web site that everyone should be able to access, should you leave it this way or should you uncheck 'Integrated Windows Authentication' ? - The sites seem to run fine with both checked, but on one site every day at random times, a username & password IDC Security box pops up asking for a username and password to render the site and nothing works, even if you stop and restart IIS. It's like the whole box is locked down. But if you reboot, all works fine again so am trying to find an answer for that.

Thanks!
