backdoor.subseven trojan

I keep getting this message "runtime error 216 at
013f3942. I checked this out on google and was told I have
a backdoor. subseven trojan. I have checked and ran 4
different antivirus programs and none of the can find the
trojan. I need to know how to get rid of it...Thanks
