Hi,

The Windows Update.log file should be updated by the client regardless of
where the SUS website is actually working. Why? Because it is up to the
client to attempt to connect to the SUS server to get updates. If the client
can't get a response from the SUS server, then an error should be written to
the Windows Update.log file.

Next - when you say "Page not found" - do you mean "Page can not be
displayed", or do you mean a HTTP 404 status "File Not Found/Page Not Found"
type response? If the former, can you scroll down a bit further in IE to see
the HTTP status code. If the latter: In the IIS MMC Snapin (in the Admin
Tools folder), if you expand the Default Website, do you still see a
SUSAdmin virtual directory?

Cheers
Ken
