    Q319733 is dated March of 2002. This is really old for security patches.
    Your best bet is to go to http://WindowsUpdate.microsoft.com and follow
    instructions to scan your machine. You will get a list of 'critical
    updates' which Microsoft recommends for your environment. 'Critical
    Updates' is a euphemism for security updates. At this point, you can
    research the recommended updates or just install them.
