Specific Network AD - Microsoft Explorer

Commencing today, 12/29/03, I have received a ton of pop-
up ads that are defeating my Norton Internet Security
system. Each of the windows has at the top: Specific
Network AD - Microsoft Explorer."

Has anyone been nailed with this? What's the fix?
