This popped up the computer in question. Government Computer is part of an
application (possibley an IIS application) on the local computer that is
logging this event.

Hope this helps!

| Is this something that has popped up on the computer in question or is it
| something that has popped up on a computer trying to log on to the
computer?
|
| What could trigger an event like that?
