Please try an IE newsgroup. This is not an IIS (webserver software) issue.

It seems you have installed some kind of malware (malicious software). You
can use a tool like Lavasoft's AdAware to try and find it
www.lavasoftusa.com. That said, you should try asking in an IE group.
