Thomas,

It sounds like IE Hardening is turn on. Is this Win2k3 Server?
Do you have the problem testing from other clients (like XP)?

You can disable IE Enhanced Security Config by unchecking it in Add/Remove
Programs.

| I've setup Digest Authentication on IIS6. It is the only authentication
| method used and webpage can be viewed successfully.
