I m not so sure about IIS specifics (only know about Apache/ModSSL) but SSL
certificates on the same webserver work only with different IP addresses! So
you have to make your webserver listen to 2 or more different IP addresses,
then you can use 2 or more SSL certificates. Doesnt matter then where the
virtual and physical directories are located and if they are the same or
share some space.
