Force disconnect from IIS 5 ftp server

Hi
1st time here, so excuse my ignorance and if this thread
has been discussed.

Is it possible, within IIS5, to configure the ftp server to
tear down the connection after a 'configurable' number of
failed auth attempts with a bad id / passwd?
