Hello,
I have also a problem with user authentification.
I set it up in the way described below. Deselected anonymous access,
selected windows authentification and set NTFS rights directly on the
directory i want to protect.
For this directory I allowed to execute scripts (php), users can read
an write on this directory.
This works fine for users with administrative privileges but not for
normal users. They can't access the directory.
If i change the settings for the directory to no script execution the
authentification succeeds. So it seems that something is blocking
normal users to execute Scripts in this directory.
I think it could have something to do with iislockdown. I uninstalled
it because i had some other problems with it.
I am really clueless. Maybee somebody has an idea how to solve this
problem.
Best Regards
Marco Thyssen
