    SUS is on a member server. All member and domain servers in
    the domain are now downloading updates by SUS but client
    PC's are not able to. The clients are trying to connect to
    SUS thus the policy is correct; if not I gather the update
    policy would be effective and I would not receive this
    message in event viewer:
    Unable to connect: Windows is unable to connect to the
    Automatic Updates service and therefore cannot download and
    install updates according to the set schedule. Windows will
    continue to try to establish a connection.

    The SUS server has the following event viewer warning:
    The server was unable to logon the Windows NT account
    'IUSR_SUSTEST' due to the following error: Logon failure:
    the user has not been granted the requested logon type at
    this computer. The data is the error code.

    As you mentioned in previous post the rights and
    permissions are as stipulated in article:
