Here's some good news.
I just got heard from the developer for the UrlScan installer. The
setup.exe, which displays the popup in question, is a wrapper to handle some
administative stuff (like displaying the EULA). You can extract the actual
installer from within setup.exe, and it will run silently.
Here are the instructions:
- Download setup.exe for urlscan 2.5
- Run "Setup.EXE /c /T:<extraction path>"
- Then run urlscan.exe from <extraction path> with /q.
