SSL Setting not persistent

All,
After configuring a website to use SSL the website
appears nively using https:// but after a restart of the
WWW service, all SSL Settings are cleared again and I
have to re-apply the IP Adress and port setting for that
site in IIS manager.
Anyone have a similar problem and have fixed it ?
