I am trying to locally access "http://localhost../" any web
page of a various web sites I have under IIS 5.1 with
Netscape Nav 7.0. Every time the file is accessed, I
receive a 401.3 error which indicates that an access
control list is preventing access to this file. I can not
see any permissions on the properties page for the
directory of file itself that is causing this problem. I do
have the .Net framework loaded on this platform but the
problem exists on all local sites whether .Net is used or
not. No problems with IE on any of the sites. Any insight
would be greatly appreciated.
