Scott,

This should be fairly straightforward.

Firewall: 80 and 443 should be all you need as far as web traffic is
concerned.

DNS Entries: One entry per site will need to be created and each will need
to resolve to its own public IP address.

Web Server: If you have a Firewall/Router you will need to assign the
public IP address to the NIC card on the web server. If you are using a
Firewall/NAT you can use private IPs on the web server and translate them
from the NAT device.
