IIS login error on website

    W2k server sp4, running IIS 5.

    When using IWAM login account we get event id 675 and web
    page does not pull up.
    www.striglos.com/millikin/testemail.asp IIS has been
    enabled to control pasword access. Also using anonymous
    ogins. This worked before, but cannot definitely say if
    that was before or after sp4 patch. Can anyone help.
