Web Services blocked

My problem is this...

I have a small home network splitting a cable modem
connection through a LinkSys 4-port router. At one point,
I was able to connect to all web services (HTTP, TFTP, Win
Messenger, Kazaa Media Desktop) through this network with
no service blocking whatsoever. Around the time that I
installed and configured IIS 5.1, these services seemed to
stop working, with the exception of HTTP. Messenger and
Media Desktop will not connect, I can't run a TFTP to
update my firmware on my router, and I'm stuck as far as
getting all these services back on-line.

I'm guessing my problem is related to IIS 5.1 since it was
about the time I installed this that things went awry. I
also disconnected my network setup and hooked my cable
modem directly to my computer with the same results (to
eliminate any router-based problems). I don't know if it's
some of the setting for IIS 5.1 or a different security
setting altogether for Windows XP Media Edition (my OS)...

Please help!!!
