Um no.
Either you need a username/password for a resource.
-or-
You don't (anonymous access allowed)
You can configure Internet Explorer to automatically "logon" to intranet
sites (without prompting the user)
-or-
You can setup two websites (that point to the same content). One allows
anonymous access, and the other doesn't. Setup an IP address restriction on
the site that doesn't require passwords so that only local IP addresses can
access it.
