401 Unauthorized

I am receiving this message when trying to run my
servlets in Windows XP Pro using:
http://localhost:8080/servlet/com.ibm.itso.sg245264.Some
Servlet.
Also, this error message I found in eroor log:

not have the necessary registry information or message
DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You
may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this
description; see Help and Support for details. The
following information is part of the event: Error while
reading default settings. please do regsvr32 asp.dll..
