gettokeninformation through Advapi32.dll

Hello

I want to know if it is possible to access the file
Advapi32.dll to call the function "gettokeninformation" on
the client's workstation through vbscript/jscript? I have
been asked to get the cached token (public key/ private
key) information that is created/cached when a user is
logged on. I know we could probably use VB but I was asked
to explore scripting languages. Any help would be great!
