Hi Mike,

I'd also suggest you can use the Permissions Verifier tool to check your
directory. Permissions Verifier version 1.0 allows you to define a group of
tasks that check permissions and privileges, and to select which tasks will
execute at run time. I think this tool can simple your troubleshoot. The
tool is available in the IIS6 resource kit, but it can also be used on
IIS5.1 and IIS5. You can obtain the IIS6 from Microsoft .com. Please go to:
