Yes, Host header doesn't work with SSL, at least for now.
each SSL site need to be unique in IP or ports, since you
have two IP. you can have 2 sites with/without SSL.
Yes, you can get wildcard SSL now. go to CA site or
google newsgroups for wildcard SSL, it was discussed
from time to time.
