Hi Sean,
The web site is bound to a certificate that does not have a private key.
Who is the issuer of the certificate? It sounds like the certificate was
created and the ability to export the private key was not enabled at time
of creation. When exporting the certificate in the Certificate MMC, does
it give the option to export the private key? If not, you will need to
bind the site to a new certificate that has the private key attached.
Thanks,
Michael Laing

| My SSL stopped working and I have received the following
| error.
| The SSL server credential's certificate does not have a
| private key information property attached to it. This most
| often occurs when a certificate is backed up incorrectly
| and then later restored. This message can also indicate a
| certificate enrollment failure.
