Hi Sean,

The web site is bound to a certificate that does not have a private key.
Who is the issuer of the certificate? It sounds like the certificate was
created and the ability to export the private key was not enabled at time
of creation. When exporting the certificate in the Certificate MMC, does
it give the option to export the private key? If not, you will need to
bind the site to a new certificate that has the private key attached.
