Mark,
Looks like they are not allowed based on NTFS permissions.
If you have set Basic and Integrated authentication the
basic is the login box you are getting. When that fails
integrated kicks in. This means that the credentials of
the currently logged in user are supplied.
When that fails you receive the 401.1
Do these users have the correct rights and privledges to
logon to the system?
