Multiple domains on a single server

Hi,
We have an existing SSL site running on an IIS 5.0 running Windows
2000 server. We have another SSL site to run on the same server in a
different virtual directory, however it needs to be accessed via a
different domain name. I am guessing that we will need 2 certificates
for this but from reading other posts I understand that it is not
possible to have 2 certificates on one server with a single IP
address. I have read on the VeriSign site that there is a shared
certificate available that is used by ISP's. Could one these work in
the above situation or is there some other alternative that we could
use?

Thanks
