Well;
(a) the "recent RIAA vs Verizon" case doesn't apply in my jurisdiction
(b) the complaint that you allege (copyright violation) results in a legal
right accruing to the complainant if the complaint is proved. However, the
settlement of legal rights is the jurisdiction of the legal system. Going
around accusing people of "x" doesn't give you any right to do anything
(statutory rights accorded to various statutory bodies, eg government
agencies, excepted).
