    Could be depending on eveything: an attack, a configuration error, a web
    application crash...
    More informations are needed (for example IIS logs entries before stopping,
    event viewer entries, your network infrastructure configuration [I mean if
    you use firewalls or router with ACL or TCP/IP Filtering], etc.).
