Basically you need to use an account from the web server. The web server
has no knowledge of the remote accounts. How are you trying to connect to
modify pages? The easiest thing to do might be to map a network drive on
the remote machine to the wwwroot folder on the web server, and use an
account from the web server to connect - you should have that option when
you map the drive.
