I am not sure that I know of any other way to assign user rights to a
web-site other than through Frontpage or through the IIS Admin web-site.
When I say I cannot access the Admin web-site, I mean it is not
accessable through any means. If you open IIS, it shows that there is a
admin web-site. If you try to access it through the home path or http
it brings up the code for the default.asp page
Access through localpath
C:\WINNT\System32\inetsrv\iisadmin\default.htm
Shows code from default.asp
Access through browser
http://iisadmin/default.htm
error:Page Cannot be displayed
