tested the server using netstat -an at the command line
and it shows "0.0.0.0:443 LISTENING", It also shows TCP
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:443 TIME_WAIT, I am wondering could
this not be working because this is NOT a DC? It is a
second server on the network and the PRIMARY is the DC.
