Just a quick check:

Can you please create a new website and use the certificate wizard to issue
a new request on that site? Does that work as expected? Then you can now
send off this request to Verisign for signature and install the certificate
on the website. Once that is successfully done, you can stop this website
adn assign the new certifcate to your production website.
