I am guessing
- they have issue with their supplied components, or
simply do not know how to config backside accounts
for high isolation
- they have your application defined to be scrubbed after
X hours of inactivity
Try hitting it to start the app, then exercise each 30 minutes or
so to keep it from getting scrubbed by IIS and see if that is it.
