Disallowing nasty bots?

I'm looking for some method of disallowing certain USER_AGENT names on
our IIS 5.0 site. I know that I can bounce them off of the site via
an asp script, but I'm looking for a site-wide solution -- maybe like
an ISAPI filter?

We've got some bad bots roaming our site and sucking down email
addresses and then, of course, mailing porno-spam and the like.

Thanks!
