Security certificate

Anyone please help....
I keep getting a message saying that there is problem with
the security certificate and give you three reasons, and
than asks you to proceed, instead I press to view the
certificate and it shows that it is still valid. So why
does this message appear every time I the opportunity to
enter details on the web. I have even tried to install a
new certificate but nothing happens apart from it
saying ‘the import was successful.’

Why???????
