Hello,
This problem really drive me mad.
I have two W2000 servers and one Workstation in one domain.
I have an ASP file with a GetFile function that run on
Server A. The Getfile function point to a file stored on
Server B using a path like \\serverB\path\file.ext .
If I run the ASP file from IE on Server A, no problem.
If I run it from IE on workstation, an ASP error tells me
the file does not exist.
Even if I can browse the path using the workstation's or
Server A file explorer
Selected Directory Security is Windows Integrated Auth.
I use the Administrator user from the workstation.
What's wrong with that ?
I assume it is a FSO security problem, but can someone
explain what is involved ?
Thanks
FG
