Could you sent me an IPConfig /all

It looks like you only have one network adapter, but I understood from the
text that you were publishing which requires 2. If you only have 1 adapter
that would explain the "open web proxy" behavior you are seeing and perhaps
I'm misreading the publishing part of your post.
