403.1 Need your help !!

Hello,
I have a web site running on my localhost perfectly. I have no problem to
display the homepage. But when I try to test this same homepage in
Application Center Test, I got an Error 403.1 "Forbidden: Execute access is
denied". I checked in IIS manager, the Execution Permission is not set to
"None", but correctly to "Scripts only". Thanks for your help.
