I'm not sure why you had to generate the cert on a temporary web site. I
would think you should have done this to begin with on the IIS server
hosting OWA.
But now that it's done, you can always complete the cert process on the
temporary server, then export and import the cert to get it onto your OWA
server. You should really really be exporting your cert anyways in case the
server crashes so you don't have to buy or generate a new cert.
