Create IIS Application with webforms Code Behind causes Problem

As soon as i create an iis application on a directory of
my web site, the 'Could not load type 'myweb.myform' error
occur for each webform that uses code behind in that
directory.
I remove the application from the directory then all is
well again - no more error.

Anyone has seen this problem before?
