The provider for your email account should have instructions on the name of
the POP3 server as well as the SMTP server (this is how you send and
retreive email). It looks like it is not configured with the right names in
your Outlook Express. You will need to get this info from your email
account provider and put it into Outlook Express -- we cannot help you in
any other regard.
