So, are we to understand that Deerfield has sold the Serv-U domains to
a third party as previously threatened rather than provide them to the
Serv-U people as was hoped?

If so, do you believe that to be an ethical and appropriate
disposition of this matter?

Should the other authors who still provide software for you to sell
expect similar behavior from you in the future?
