Yup. If you're within a short window, you might be able to get a free
re-issue of your certificate with a different public key, only Verisign will
be able to tell you.

Sadly, with this security 'stuff', you need to be very careful - the very
things that keep it 'secure' are also the very things that may cause you to
lose bits and pieces.
