Hi,

Would I be correct in the following summary:
The user having problems can download any of the other files in the FTP
site - it's only this one particular .tar file that you have.

Have you checked the NTFS permissions for the file in question? (Sorry for
asking such a lame question, but it's got to be the number 1 thing to check)
