We'd need an exact error message they are getting. You could also look and
see if there is an error message in the IIS logs.
Note that XP workstation has a limit of 10 simultaneous incoming network
connections at once. Web browsers like IE generally use 4 connections, so
this equals about 1 or 2 users before you get a message like "server too
busy." The fix is to use Windows server instead [you could try using
www.apache.org instead of IIS, but not sure if that would help or not].
