I'd find a newsgroup for OWA or Exchange and ask there. I'm guessing there
must be a permission or setting somewhere on the user account or inbox that
would be seen either in Exchange on the inbox properties or on the user
account within your domain user administration tools.

I'm running an exchange 5.5 server with SP4 accessed by
some users remotely via OWA. This is going smoothly in
general, but one specific user is getting the following
error when trying to access his mailbox via OWA:
OWA was unable to get your inbox.
Same mailbox is accessible from any workstation on the
LAN.
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
