Alan...
This is on my local network. I dont think it is hitting
any firewalls when I try this. I did the debug and not
much from it... here is what I got
ftp> debug
Debugging On .
ftp> dir
---> PORT 192,168,0,171,12,91
200 PORT command successful.
---> LIST
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for

ftp>
I am running win2000 IIS 5.0 and it was working fine
before I installed all those patches. Let me know what yu
think.

This is happeneing when I try an FTP into my win 2000
server.
