You have to use www.carrz-fox-fire.com or users will be prompted that the certificate name does not match the name of the website to which they are connecting.
And you can't use host headers and SSL. www.carrz-fox-fire.com must have its own unique IP address assigned to it and to no other SSL site (assuming here that you don't want to use different port numbers instead).
