This is a *bug* with IIS 5 everybody I found out from
general IIS newsgroup! why is barely anybody aware of this?
Why dont you try it yourself? Does nobody have a Verisign
SSL certificate installed on a website to recreate this
problem?

Now I just need someone to give me links / fixes for this
problem.. I've only been told it's a known bug in IIS 5..
but "it's not an important bug".. that's bull! Companies
can lose money from this like we did. Admin got done
updating the Verisign SSL certificate, opened it up to
check it installed successfully. Left it open and went to
lunch. And we get 10-50 business transactions per minute!
